FATface is looking for a VFX Production Coordinator who will ensure a VFX project will run smoothly and will be delivered on time.
Job responsibilities:
- Scheduling , prioritizing and tracking technical assignments and project dailies
- Monitoring and controlling progress, issues and preparing reports
- Recording all shot notes
- Ensuring work is being approved and completed on time and to specification
- Ensuring Shotgrid statues and task assignments are kept up to date
- Ensuring work items are tracked and managed appropriately
- Ensuring teams are clear on daily delivery objectives
- Ensuring effective communication and continual team updates
- Documenting decisions and requests
- Organizing and setting up media for meeting
Requirements:
- Passionate about film
- Well organized and well planned with vfx producer and team
- Calm under pressure
- Occasional work over-time
- Knowledge of Design / Animation / Film industry is advantage but NOT essential
- Positive and can-do work attitude
